I have been working in the health care field for over 12 years as a registered nurse - I am a caregiver at heart. It is an honor being part of a patient’s healing journey and being able to provide safe and compassionate care to patients and their families through difficult times, but I always knew that there was something more that I wanted to offer within the realms of health and healing.  

After years as a bedside nurse, I realized my passion for healing extended beyond the hospital walls. I believe in a holistic approach to wellness, nurturing the mind, body, and spirit to create lasting transformation. This journey has led me to embrace and share powerful practices like Sound Healing, Breathwork, and Yoga, offering profound tools for personal healing and growth.
